Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed. However, once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled due to health and safety concerns. Please note that it is possible for your order ship before the 24 hour grace period.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Please include your apartment number if applicable. Customers may have to pay additional shipping fees if their package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Unclaimed Packages: Fante Gold will attempt re-delivery of an unclaimed package once the original package has been returned. Fante Gold will only attempt re-delivery once. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve their package or make re-delivery arrangements with the USPS once delivery has been attempted.
